Comfortable rooms with standard bathrooms and top-notch service. The breakfast here is really good, offering a variety of both hot and cold dishes. 🍳

The breakfast was particularly good, a lot of FANTASTIC food. We were given an absolutely gorgeous room with a pullout sofa and the bedroom, as for instance.

The resort is very nice. All the staff is very helpful and sweet.
Just beware that the Wild Bear Falls water park is not included with your stay at this resort. For 4 people we had to pay an extra $95 to get into the water park.

They did not tell us that everything on the resort cost you extra money, like swimming at the indoor water sight. My children were very disapointed, so was my budget!!!!

Beautiful rooms, wish I had known we had a choice to have a balcony or not, because my husband was disappointed that we did not. Wonderfully friendly staff each were always eager to help. Kids loved being able to ride the golf carts with the staff. Wish the water park was a tad more affordable to resort guests, possibly offered as part of booking package. We loved it a will return soon, at the rate you all are growing your going to have to build a pool and playground at the top for those of us who are lucky enough to stay that close to heaven!! Thanks again for a wonderful anniversary weekend away!!

It was much nicer than expected! Really nice location right in the middle of Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, with a breathtaking view from the top of the hotel. Staff were really helpful.
The studio room (best price) did not have any kind of view or porch from the room.

I was impressed with check-in and facility. However, when taken to my room I was disappointed. Our luggage was taken to room via golf cart. The parking was not reasonably accessible to our room. This was quite difficult to walk with a fairly steep incline. The room was clean and adequate, but not considered resort, spa like to me. The couch let out to a very uncomfortable bed. the bathroom had a very foul sewer odor noted. I was not impressed with the fact that we were asked to strip our linens and empty our garbage. I could have paid much less and received better services in regards to this. Possibly the larger rooms are more elaborate, but I was not impressed. The water park had additional charges as well. Staff was friendly and efficient. The facility is very nicely located to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.

Had a great stay for our large family vacation. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was exceptionally good. The rooms were fabulous and spotless with a view. The pool was heated. The staff was consistently courteous and very pleasant. Enjoyed the German dishes at a good restaurant.

The place is beautiful and very comfortable with many lots to offer in food and entertainment.
The staff checking in and out was not friendly. There was a misunderstanding about the number of villas that we rented through Booked.net. The staff was rude and refused to let us speak to explain what was plainly written on our reservation. We had to call Booked.net that in turn had to call the front desk to get our problem resolved. When checking out the staff did not ask about our stay or thank us for choosing your resort. It was not the fault of your business but we had a what sounded like a herd of elephants above us. They were extremely loud all hours of the day and night. Also, someone around us had a dog that barked a lot.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. It was also convenient to have the transportation available to go where you needed without driving.
We stayed 3 days and our towels were running out so we had to use the pool towels. This was not a major problem because we did not use the pool facilities. If we had, it could have created a problem. I also would have requested a room with a view if I had known more about the location. The resort had Wi-Fi service but we were not furnished with a password to take advantage of this and I think there was also an additional fee for this if we had been given a password.

We have stayed before at this resort and really enjoy the comfort of our rooms This resort has always exceded our expectations and that of our friends that we bring along.
This time when we stayed we had a very noisy family staying above us and the resort security would do nothing other than ask them to be quite, they would for about 15min. then start right back up. it was very hard to get any sleep. This was the only problem we have ever had with this resort.
